SilverStorm Technologies To Be Acquired By QLogic
Bowen Advisors and Savvian Co-Advise SilverStorm on Transaction
Boston, MA (October 4, 2006) — Bowen Advisors, a leading strategic advisory and mergers and acquisition firm for communications technology companies, announced today its latest transaction: SilverStorm Technologies to be acquired by QLogic.
SilverStorm Technologies provides end-to-end, high performance interconnect fabric solutions for cluster and grid computing networks. In the deal, Bowen Advisors represented SilverStorm technologies serving as its financial co-advisor with Savvian LLC. This marks Bowen Advisors' fifth transaction in 2006 and second in the last month.
