Paul Johnson
Paul Johnson has 30 years of experience as an investment professional, having participated in more than 150 public investments, venture capital investments and investment banking transactions in his career. Paul founded Nicusa Capital, a long-short hedge fund, in January 2003, and prior to Nicusa, Paul was a Managing Director at Robertson Stephens, where he analyzed all sectors of the technology industry.
As an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Graduate School of Business, Columbia University, Paul has taught 25 courses since 1992 on securities analysis and value investing to more than 1200 students. His course material is online at www.CAPatColumbia.com.
He is co-author of the best-selling book The Gorilla Game, Picking Winners in High Technology, which reached Business Week’s best seller list and was the number one best-selling investment book on Amazon.com for several weeks in 1998.
Institutional Investor magazine, The Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report, Smart Money, Red Herring, and Bloomberg have all ranked Paul as one of the top investment analysts in the country.
Paul has an MBA in Finance from the Executive Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Joel Hughes
Joel has been an operating executive in communications technology and mobile services businesses for over 20 years. He has experience as a boot-strap founder and a public CEO, has led teams in high-growth environments as well as restructuring scenarios, and has been involved in more than a dozen corporate financing and merger transactions. Currently, Joel serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Constant Contact (NasdaqGS:CTCT). Prior to joining Constant Contact, Joel was the President and CEO of Umber Systems, a leader in mobile data analytics, where he was responsible for setting corporate strategy and vision. Previously, Joel was CEO of LiveWire Mobile (OTC:LVWR.PK), a mobile music service provider. Previously, Joel was CEO of Openera (acquired by NMS Communications), founder and CEO of SnowShore Networks (acquired by Brooktrout), founder and CEO of ViaDSP (acquired by NMS Communications) and a founder of DSP Software Engineering (acquired by Tellabs). Joel started his career as a communications firmware engineer, having received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester.

Yosi Albagli
Yosi brings to Bowen Advisors a wealth of leadership and management experience in the communications industry. In 1994, he co-founded Tdsoft Communications, and served as President and CEO for 11 years. During that period Mr. Albagli led various strategic initiatives, including adding Cisco as a strategic investor and three buyside M&A transactions. Following Tdsoft's reverse merger with VocalTec Communications in 2005, Mr. Albagli continued to serve as President and CEO of VocalTec until 2008. Most recently Yosi was the President of Satellite Communications at Orbit Communication Systems. Yosi received a B.Sc degree from the Technion, Israel institute of Technology.
